Services

ClearSite Design LLC provides web design, website development, and optional copywriting services primarily for health, fitness, and nutrition coaches. All services are provided under a separate signed client agreement outlining project scope, timeline, and payment terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, branding, and layout—is the property of ClearSite Design LLC and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.

Upon full payment for services, clients own the final website design and content created specifically for their project, excluding any third-party materials or tools governed by their own licenses.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely information

  • Securing rights to any content or images they supply

  • Reviewing and approving work in a timely manner

Delays in communication or content delivery may impact project timelines.

Payments & Refunds

Payment terms, deposits, and refund policies are defined in the client service agreement. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Limitation of Liability

ClearSite Design LLC is not liable for:

  • Website downtime

  • Hosting or platform issues (e.g., Squarespace outages)

  • Third-party software or plugin failures

  • Any damages resulting from website use after launch

The Client agrees to use the website and services at their own risk.

No Guarantees

While ClearSite Design LLC creates websites designed to support business growth, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased traffic, leads, or revenue.

Third-Party Links

This website may include links to third-party websites for convenience or reference. ClearSite Design LLC is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which ClearSite Design LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
