I suggest that clients book their build date at least a month in advance to give them time to gather the materials, inspiration, and text needed for their website. We begin on a Monday and finish on the Friday of the following week. Yes, it’s a fast-paced two weeks, and you’ll need to be available to check my work and suggest revisions. However, you’ll have clear steps to follow so nothing feels overwhelming.

I use Squarespace because it’s beautiful, reliable, and one of the most user friendly sites I’ve worked with. Even a basic subscription includes many of the tools you’ll need to run your business, such as the capacity to take payments, send invoices, and make contracts. Integrating your email and calendar is also easy. After launch, you won’t need to hire someone every time you want to make a small change. You’ll come away from our launch call with the know-how to make upgrades and additions yourself.

I’ll send you a detailed content checklist. You’ll provide things like:
Your copy (or I can write it for you!)
Photos
Branding elements (colors, logo, etc.)
Inspiration (I have clients pin websites and inspiration on a Pinterest board)
Everything is due the Thursday before your project begins so that the two-week build goes smoothly.

During your two-week design window, you receive as many revision as need to ensure that you’re completely happy with the website. After the two-week support window, additional revisions are billed at an hourly rate, so you’ll never be surprised by costs.

Payments are split into three parts:
33% at booking (this holds your place in my calendar)
33% at the project start date,
and the remaining 34% before launch.

Absolutely. Your launch call includes a detailed lesson (which I will record for future reference) where I show you how to make updates and additions.
