I’m the founder of ClearSite Design and an admirer of clean and clear websites. When I worked as a job ad writer, I saw a lot of websites that weren’t doing their small businesses any favors. I would have liked to help them clarify their content and make their sites more navigable, but that wasn’t my role at the time.
